Our goal is to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients. As with any goal, existing and proposed processes need to be evaluated. For our partnership to succeed, changes may be necessary. Change can sometimes be difficult, but necessary changes will be implemented with as much consideration for your current staff and processes as possible. The cost for our service varies. Typically, your cost is determined based on a percentage of collected reimbursements. Other factors that may affect our price include volume of patients treated and claims generated, various carrier panel participation, and volume of outstanding balances in your current billing software.

Other costs may be involved to allow your system configuration to work optimally with our software, however, in partnering with AHCS, the often unassociated or unidentified costs of billing will absorb many of the higher costs. Paper, envelopes, postage, printing supplies, software updates, clearinghouse fees, and costs associated to maintain additional employees are just some of the financial obligations that may be reduced or eliminated.
