A Personally Assigned Representative

Once you’ve signed up for our services, you will have an assigned AHCS representative who will be your first point of contact. This AHCS staff member will work on your accounts, including data entry and accounts receivable. If your representative is out of the office, our software has a real-time status log of your patient accounts, which any of our staff can look at to field any questions. There is no lag time if your specialist is out of the office because our tracking system will notify and assign any claim that requires action to another specialist.
